KEA Canada Services
Find the right support for where your organization is right nowKEA Canada walks beside nonprofit leaders, teams, and boards as they build the revenue to fund their missions. However you like to work, from a self-paced course to a hands-on partnership, there is a way in that fits where you are.
Every way we work draws on the GROW Model, KEA Canada’s framework for building revenue capacity across four dimensions: Grounded, Revenue, Outward, and Whole. And whatever the entry point, we start by understanding where you actually are. That is the difference between advice that sounds right and a plan that fits your organization, your board, and your budget.
Ready to fund your mission?
Not sure which fits? Book a call. We’ll talk about where you are and what you’re carrying, and point you to the right next step. If the honest answer is “none of these yet,” we’ll tell you that too, and point you to our free nonprofit leaders roundtable events, our new book, The Deep End, or a course that fits.
Fundraising that feels right
We help you shift how you think about fundraising. Fundraising is not asking for money. It’s offering people the opportunity to support something they care about.
Money is not the goal. It’s a tool that fuels your mission, your impact, and your vision for change. When you get clear on that, fundraising becomes more human, strategic, and effective.
Clients often come to us looking for a plan. They leave with something more powerful: clarity, structure, and the confidence to act.
We don’t just tell you what to do. We work alongside you to build practical strategies, strengthen your systems, and engage your board and team so everyone is aligned and empowered.
When your vision is clear and your approach is intentional, you feel confident having conversations that matter.
