The Revenue Accelerator Program was designed for nonprofit leaders by a fundraising professional with two decades of experience and an impressive track record of success. Over 24 weeks, you’ll develop the confidence and competence to overcome challenges related to fundraising, diversify your funding sources, and optimize your fundraising efforts to achieve real, long-lasting results.

● Recognition as a fundraising expert with a Revenue Accelerator Certificate
Full participation in the Revenue Accelerator Program is applicable for 24.5 points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
What’s included
The Sustainable Revenue Roadmap
The Revenue Accelerator Program is delivered in three consecutive eight-week modules (24 weeks total), combining expert-led masterclasses, real-world case studies, peer support, and personalized coaching and feedback. Learn from seasoned fundraising professionals—and each other—as you gain a deeper understanding of various revenue streams, diversification strategies, and long-term financial planning.
Module 1: Clarifying Goals and Honing Your Elevator Pitch
Weeks 1-8
● Establish your goals for the program
● Understand the critical elements for successful and sustainable fundraising
● Clarify your big picture, sustainable revenue needs
● Establish your three high-level fundraising priorities
● Clarify your elevator pitch and activate it
Module 2: Planning and Preparing for Big Asks
Weeks 9-16
● Develop your Gift Accelerator plan
● Identify your top 25 leads list
● Increase confidence in making big asks
Module 3: Completing your Sustainable Revenue Plan
Weeks 17-24
● Develop your donor recognition and stewardship plan
● Complete your KPIs to keep you on track and maximize results
● Get tools to engage your board and volunteers in maximizing revenue and relationships
COST: $9,000 ($1,500 + tax / month for six months).
Meet your mentor
Kathy Arney, President and CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer), KEA Canada
Kathy has spent her career growing organizational capacity and improving results and has a passion for enabling people to reach their full potential.
An expert in fund development, capacity-building, campaigns, strategy, and operations, her business and executive background together with two decades of working in philanthropy combine to provide a unique skill set for clients. She provides services in a variety of areas including resource development, developing organizational capacity, strategic planning, board development, campaign planning and management, coaching and interim leadership.
Kathy has consulted with universities and colleges, arts organizations, community organizations and the health sector on advancement restructuring, strategic and operational planning, and campaigns.
She obtained her MFA-P (Master Financial Advisor — Philanthropy) designation in 2021. She is also currently serving on the Board for CAGP (Canadian Association of Gift Planners) and guides others through giving in their will as a Will Power Advisor.
